Prabha Manjary Bagoria

I am a registered patent agent (IN-PA-1598) and also enrolled with the Delhi Bar council (2015). By qualification, I am masters in Pharmaceutical chemistry. I have been working in the field of Intellectual property since 2008. I started my career as a trainee with the law firm Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan, New Delhi under the TIFAC women scientist scholarship scheme and thereafter I worked with Panacea Biotec, Cipla and Remfry and Sagar. Currently I am employed with jubilant Life Sciences as "Senior research Scientist-Intellectual property Rights". My work domain includes IP clearance, freedom to operate, Non infringement and Due diligence analysis of various Pharma, Agro, Nutritional and Specialty chemical products, in filing and prosecution of patents in various countries (Mostly India, US, Europe, Japan, South Korea, China, Singapore, Malaysia, etc) and in trademark filing (India). I am also involved in competitive intelligence and strategic pipeline suggestions in various roles.
