I am the Director of the Gender Unit at the Institute for Development and Communication (IDC), Chandigarh, with over 10 years of research experience in gender issues. I have led numerous studies on gender-based violence, women's empowerment, and gender equality in various sectors such as education, health, and the workplace. My work focuses on bridging the gap between research and policy, advocating for evidence-based solutions to gender disparities.
