Abhinav Pandey is a dynamic and diligent 4th year law student at the University of Lucknow. With a passion for legal research and writing, Abhinav has completed various online courses to enhance his legal knowledge, including Contract Law from Harvard University and Indian Constitution from NALSAR University of Law Hyderabad. He is also a Manupatra certified legal researcher. Abhinav's expertise lies in criminal law, and he has written more than 50 legal articles on various legal issues. He has also authored a book on Regulatory Issues in Biotechnology: A Comprehensive Analysis of Indian and International Law. His extensive research work has been acknowledged, and he has been awarded the Legal Writers Award for outstanding legal research work. He has also been nominated for the prestigious Global Lex Falcon Award, which recognizes exceptional talent in the field of law. Abhinav's legal articles have been featured in well-known publications such as the Times of India, The Daily Guardian, Brain Booster Articles, Legal Thirst, Legal Service India E-journal, and Youth Ki Awaaz, showcasing his excellent writing skills. In addition, Abhinav is a public speaker and has delivered talks on legal issues at various events. In addition to his academic achievements, Abhinav has completed internships at various top foreign law firms like Leo Cussen Centre for law, Charted Institute of Arbitrators, Herbert Smith Freehills, Shepherd and Wedderburn, Ashurust, Latham & watkins. He has also interned at the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, and Tis Hazari Court, which have further enhanced his legal knowledge and skills. Abhinav is a member of the American Bar Association, Mumbai Centre for international Arbitration, Young ICCA, The Law Society U.K. He enjoys meeting new people and hearing new perspectives, and his open-mindedness makes him an excellent advocate for his clients.
