Why blasphemous laws should be abolished?

The word blasphemous laws means law relating to hurting the religious sentiment of the people. In India There is no special law like domestic violence Act 2005. The concept of blasphemous law has been given in the section 295A of the Indian Penal Code and In the Indian Penally code it was inserted by the Act 25 of 1927Section 295A. Deliberate and Malicious acts ,intended to outrage religious feelings of any class by insulting it's religion or religious beliefs:-

Whoever , with deliberate and Malicious intention of outraging the religious feelings of any class of (citizens of India), [by words , either spoken or written, or by signs or by visible representations or otherwise], insults or attempt to insults the religion or the religious beliefs of that class ,shall be punished with imprisonment odd either description for a term which may be extended to [three years], or with fine, or with both Besides this, it is a Non compoundable and Non cognizable offence it means That A accused which has been found guilty under this section , police can be arrest the accused without any warrant and it is a compromisable offence.

Now days after the removal of Section 497 ( Adultery) and decriminalisation of the relation between same sex this debate has been going the society that whether Section 295 A of the Indian Penal Code should be abolished or not ? As a secular Indian, rationalist and also atheist I am full favour in the decriminalisation of the section 295A of the Indian Penal Code.

My reason on my opinion are as follows
(1) Firstly , India is a secular country. And it has been well given in the Preamble of the Indian Constitution. And in the SR. Bommai v. Union of India case Supreme Court held that Secularism is a basic structure of Indian Constitution . So we can not ignore the concept of Indian Constitution

(2) Secondly , the provision of the blasphemous laws is against the provision of Article 19 1 (a) and Article 19 1 (a) states that Everyone have right to speech and expression . In this regard Fundamentalist people argue that Restriction related Right to speech and expression has been given in the Article 19 (2) of the Indian Constitution . But my dear friends restriction on the speak against the religion has not been given in Article . So it is a clear that it is against the Right to speech and expression

(3) thirdly, Right to speech and expression is also a part of life which has been given in the Article 21 of Indian Constitution , If any people will not have a right to speech and expression. Against superstition and bigotry than what is value of their life?

And In the confusion I would likely to says that Democratic and secular country like India should have a any law which promotes the bigotry , superstition and irrational activities. Every dissenting voice must be respected . As the name of religion. Any wrong thing can not be justify . Everyone should have a right to speech and expression . Atheist is also a part of our society. They are not criminal.
