Respected Sir,
In The Matter of Employment Assistance Under Priority Ii A Category

· That my name was registered in DGE&T Ex-servicemen Cell vide Regd. No. JK/199 dt:- 16/09/2016 and this office have been forwarded my name to District Employment Office, Jammu for further Employment Assistance.

· As per Govt. of India Ministry of Home Affairs vide their O.M. No. 39016/5/81- Estt ( C ) dt:- 21/02/1981. A Dependent of Disabled Soldier whose disability is attributable to Military Service with 50% disability for eligible for employment assistance.

· That my father has been served in Army and disabled in major accident in 1962 war with 60% disability for life time, his disability is attributable to Military Service.

· That I Sandeep Kumar S/o Late RFN Madan Mohan dependent of my late father and I am eligible for Employment Assistance under Priority II A category to dependent of disabled soldier, but District Employment Office, Jammu have refused to appoints me, so I move to “HON'BLE GOVERNOR OF J&K” for justice with dependent of disabled soldier.

· I am attaching herewith all necessary documents for your further necessary action taken of my case in my favour because my first and last hope only to your office because your office have justified with me.

· Please see my case on priority basis and justice with me as per my claims.

· As a human being please try to understand my problem and do the needful. I am very needy person. I am working in pvt. Sector and my salary is Rs. 6000/-. This salary was not enough to manage my family needs and requirements. All the ministers and officers does not have any problem because their salary was too high i.e. Rs. 100000/- above, but the comman man what can do in this situation.

· In this time A militant have been surrendered his weapon and he will get govt. job as well as 10 lacs each, but the genuine person does not have any job. That I am dependent of disabled soldier and I am eligible for further getting employment assistance as per govt. of India Ministry of Home Affairs O.M. No. 39016/5/81- Estt ( C ) dt:- 21/02/1981.

· For the last 10 years I am applied for various forms and passed the interviews/tests but not selected because without support, back, money. In this time I am mentally tortured by all govt. deptts., but the justice was not with me.

· In the end I am deeply and humbly request to you please give my rights because I live in freedom India. I give my rights as per rules and regulation by Govt. of India, Ministry of Home Affairs.

1. That I Sandeep Kumar Represents My Case For Justice And Further Getting Employment Assistance To Dependent Of Disabled Soldier.

2. That my father have been served in Army for 12.5 years, he have been served in Army for nation and his family, while in serving he was disabled in major accident in 1962 war and admitted in military hospital for 9 months. His disability is attributable to Military Service with 60% disability for life. (Disability certificate is attached)

3. That I am only legal Dependent of my late father vide Part II Order No. 0048/NE/007/2006 DT: 27/07/2005. (photocopy of dependent certificate is attached)

4. That my name was registered in DGE&T Ex-servicemen Cell vide Registered No. JK/199 dt: - 16/09/2016 for employment assistance under Priority II A category to dependent of disabled soldier. (Registration Copy is enclosed herewith)

5. Please Refer To Supreme Court Of India Diary No. 2454/Sc/Pil (E)/2017 Dt:- 14/02/2017, In This Letter Supreme Court Advise Me You May Move To Approach Concerned Authority For The Desired Relief, But I Am Already Approached To Concerned Authorities For The Last Two Years, But All The Authorities Were Forwarded My Case One To Another Offices, But Nobody Helps Me. So I Move To Approach To Your Office Because You Are The Supreme Authority Of Parliament Of India. (Photocopy of letter is attached)

6. As per speeches of Hon'ble prime minister Narender Modi ji regarding welfare of poor and needy peoples. I am forwarding my case to your office for appropriate action taken in my favour. NOBODY CAN JUSTICE WITH DEPENDENT OF DISABLED SOLDIER. Please don't forward my case to J&K government because this state government was Deaf, Corrupt And Failured. This Government Was Totally In Favour Of Muslims Peoples. J&K State Is No 1 State For Corruption. All The Government Department Are Totally Failured And Corrupted.

7. It Is My Humble Request To You Please My Case On Priority Basis And Redress My Grievance For Further Gettinig Employment Assistance Under Priority Ii A Category To Dependent Of Disabled Soldier Of Totally Under Your Kind Control Because You Are The Supreme And Very Competent Authority To Resolve My Grievance And Justice With Me. My First And Last Hope Only To Your Office.

8. As per govt of India ministry of home affairs and department of personnel and training vide their O.M. Nos. 36034/3/2013-Estt. (Res) dt:- 25/02/2014, 14034/3/84-Estt (D) dt:- 31/07/1984 & 14024/1/88-Estt (D) dt:- 05/01/1989 for the purpose of employment assistance through employment exchange DGE&T Ex-servicemen cell to the dependent of disabled soldier under priority II A category, whose father have been disabled with 50% disability is eligible for employment. (Photocopies of OM is enclosed herewith)

9. In this regard DGE&T Ex-servicemen Cell, New Delhi have forwarded my case to District Employment office, Jammu vide their letter No. DGET-7/199/2016-Ex-servicemen Cell dt:- 16/09/2016 for further employment assistance.(Photocopy of letter is attached)

10. As per DGE&T Ex-servicemen Cell office vide their letter No. DGET- A-11011/2/2015-CEE dt: -17-03-2017. In this letters they tell us that this office is confined up to registration only, not for employment assistance, you may further contact employment exchange, Jammu and this office have no power to recommend your name for employment and your case have been forwarded to concerned employment exchange, jammu and zila sainik board, jammu in the state for employment assistance as per rules. 11. As per District Employment office, Jammu vide their letter No. Diremp/Estt/A-104/2012/1219 dt:- 13/02/2017. In this letter they refuse to provide employment assistance under Priority II A category and return forward my case to DGET Ex-servicemen Cell, New Delhi for further employment assistance, and to say that only group C & D posts under the establishment of Central Government for the direct recruitment is applicable to Dependent of Disabled Soldier through DGE&T Ex-servicemen Cell, New Delhi. 12. As per Department of Ex-servicemen Welfare office letter No. 28(95)2017/D (Res-I) dt: - 29/06/17 and this office have been forwarded my case to Employment exchange Jammu and tell us that you may approach directly with concerned authorities of J&K State Govt. but I am already approach to J&K State Govt. but they refuse to help me and tell us that you may approach Defence Authorities of Indian Army. Please tell me what I can do. All the government departments, state govt. as well as central govt. no body helps me because I belong to poor family. (Photocopy of letter is attached)

13. As per Ministry of Home Affairs letter No. 13012/19/2016-K-VI DT:- 30/12/2016 and this office have been forwarded my case to Principal Secretary, Home Department of J&K State Govt. (Photocopy of letter is attached)

14. As per Home Department of J&K State Govt. letter No.Home/Land-Acq/150/Misc/2015/1563 dt:- 30/03/2017 and this office have been forwarded my case to General Administration Department of J&K State Govt. for further action in the matter. (Photocopy of letter is attached)

15. These five offices only forwarded my case one to another office but nobody helps me, because I have nosupport, back, money behinds me. I belong to very poor family. This is my humble request to your please see my case on priority basis and further getting employment assistance to dependent of disabled soldier under Priority II A category because my case falls under Priority II A category Employment Assistance and

I am eligible for employment assistance.

16. That I am very-very needy person, as earlier I am filled 500 above forms many Govt./Semi-govt. departments
but without support, back, money nobody helps me. My mother was a heart patient. I am also married and having two childs. I am alone male member of my family. As a human being please try to understand my problem and do the needful. I am very thankful to you if you helps me.

17. This is my humble request to you please see my case on priority basis and the justice was done in my favour for further getting employment assistance to dependent of disabled soldier under priority II A category on humanitarian grounds and further necessary action taken of my case as per govt of India ministry of home affairs department of personnel and training vide their OM no 36034/3/2013-Estt. (Res) dt:- 25/02/2014 for the purpose of employment through employment exchange dget special cell to the dependent of disabled soldier under priority II A category.
