Discrimination against women is a very controversial topic in today's era discrimination against women may be see in everywhere like home, employment, army temple and even though in famous educational institute but it is very shameful in any educational institute because children are the future of any country and patriarchy mentality against women should not be in educational institute but it is misfortune of our country that it is neither a serious issue for political parties nor for media In this Article we will analysis the violation of women's right in Aligarh Muslim university in constitutional aspect.

If we talk about the girls hostel rules than we will find that these rules are totally irrational, unfair and inspire the mentality of our patriarchy society and one more things these rules violate the fundamental right of women's.

Rules of Aligarh Muslim university:-
Aligarh Muslim university is a Muslim bigots majority institute . And according to girls hostel rules
(1) Women are not allowed to go out the hostel after the 6.00 PM it is a violation of Article 19 (1) (d)
Which clearly says that every person have right to go within the territory of India except the state of Jammu and kashmir

(2) In Aligarh Muslim university have a Asia largest library molana azad library which opens till the 12.00 at night but Hostel girls are not allowed to go outside the hostel after the evening so it is also a violation of following fundamental rights of constitution
Article 14 :- Discriminatory rules against women violates the Article 14 which says that equality before law and equality protection of law it means biasness can not allowed. And everyone is equal is before the law with reasonable restriction but No entry for women in Aligarh Muslim university are outside the reasonable restriction

Article 15 :- this is also a violation of Article 15 . Article 15 states as follow - There shall be no discrimination on the basic of religion, race,cast, gender and place of birth

Article 17 :- it violates the provision Article 17 which emphasis on abolition of untouchability

Article 21 :- Discriminatory rules of AMU violates the right to life and personal liberty through the infringement of Right to study in Library

It violates the provision of UN laws
Article 1 of Universal declaration of Human Right 1948 which says that all are equal and all are born equally
As a student of Aligarh muslim university , I want to share one things if any girls wear Hijab and lives according to the ideology of bigots group than you are very good and islam lover other you are anti AMU and characterless.

In conclusion I would likely to says that Violation of fundamental rights of women is a serious matter and our high court and supreme Court are regarded as the custodial guardian of constitution so our judiciary should take a action by the way of suo moto.
