Although in the history of mankind we always see that women's have to suffer a lot in this male dominating society. Due to which our legislature has enacted those laws which protect their rights after a period they started to misuse them and now a situation came when we need to talk about the right of men.

As we all know that we live in a democratic country where everyone's right is protected irrespective of religion ,race, caste , sex and place of birth and when someone's right is infringed then through suitable legislation our government have to protect it.

Hence, the apex court need to pass order for approval of National men's commission.
